Subject: Why Should You Fear God?

Details

Do you understand what it means to fear God? Do you know why you should fear God? Fear is a powerful force and it was given by God, but not in the way that man or the enemy uses it. Apostle Nadine takes you through what it means to have the real reverential fear of God. The fear of God is not a bondage, it sets you free. And then you can step into the fullness of what He has for you.

I think it is time that each knows his/her stand in the Lord. Its time to have an intimate relationship with the Lord and have that reverential fear and awe in one`s heart. Mostly, the word has come like a cliche or getting so used to hearing only but not actively putting it into action. This practical aspect is the missing part which can draw many unto the kingdom of God. If this can be fulfilled in the body of Christ, then the whole creation will stop groaning and will look up to the church for direction and purpose in life. I think its time to do some self introspection and allow the sword of the Lord to do the separation, holiness unto the Lord. This is a great teaching which can transform lives. Thank for such a teaching.

Thanks once again Nadine for sharing this message on deferential fear of God. I think I can relate very well to this message because I went through a situation that I May relate it with the fear of man rather than the fear of God. It happened when I served in ministry, and I do not want to elaborate it too much, it's important that you gave US the difference between the two. For some of us we became victims because our leaders used the scriptures to make us afraid or to fear them instead of referencing GOD. I tell you the truth, I was in bondage because of that. Thanks for showing us what to do from the Word of God. Now I understand the scriptures even more, I once came up
across the scripture in proverbs 8, it states that the fear of the LORD is to hate evil, it makes more sense as I hear You teaching that we cannot leave any how if we have referential fear of God. It is also clear that we need the Holy Spirit to help us in the process of sanctification. The Bible in the Book of Isaiah 11 shows that our Saviour the LORD JESUS Christ was full of the Spirit of the LORD, wisdom, counsel, Spirit of might, knowledge and of the Fear of the LORD. I think it shows that the fear of the LORD is motivated by the Holy Spirit. And we can never go wrong if we allow Him to fill us up by His Spirit. Thank you so much: Bro Ricks
